Many translation agencies use the number of translated words (target language count) to determine the cost of a translation. This might give you unpleasant surprises. We base our project prices on the source text (source language count), which means we can let you know exactly how much a project will cost immediately.

In addition, the use of the analysis tool often means that the final project price is lower than simply counting the number of words and multiplying it by the price per word.

In principle, we do not have any surcharges for urgent work!

In the case of unusually tight deadlines and weekend or evening (night) work, we are, however, occasionally forced to charge an urgency fee (which can vary from 20 to 50%). However, we try to avoid this as far as possible and indicate it clearly in the quotation.

We always offer an introductory discount for the first order! Attractive discounts are also available for customers who enter into annual contracts.
